Inspite of all our and the vet's care and attention, Callisto didn't make it.
He rallied a few times, but after another stay in hospital and the insertion of a feeding tube, he just continued to decline.
So, Monday morning I made what I think was the right decision for him and had him put down.
RIP big guy.

how are you doing hon? i know that was hard; but you are a great pet-mom for knowing when it was time.
